For the second time my receiver bit the dust. So I phoned Sirius. First couple of calls I could not understand the guy and each time after that the person that was able to understand me had me go over the same technical fix....didn't work.
So after about three weeks of phoning and trying to get someone that spoke and understood the English language and the fact that the fix didn't work I am VERY pleased to say that they sent me an entire replacement for free.

Its the pits going without Sirius in your car.

In the future, just call and say you want to cancel. Then they become a lot more helpful and make all kinds of offers.

I have never had good luck with their customer service. I too have had to call several times in order to resolve the issue. Typical service in the industry...(cable, cell phone, etc)
