Most news we receive today is packaged a cetain way, therefore, many people are starting to tune out packaged news. Before Howard came to Toronto I stopped listening to most radio. One exception was The University radio station. Alot of the prgramming was weird, terrible shit but at least they at times said something, they took some chances, it was sometimes on the edge.
Fast forward to Langford's Kenneth Keith Kallnebach hospital story today. It reminded me of that kind of ambush radio, just finally lay something out there about a major, serious problem that never gets discusse, take a chance and finally say something.
That was well done, I hope Landofrd keeps on that story. You can do funny shit and you can do something no one else will do. KKK was innocent until proven guilty but maybe he wasn't actually given that constitutional right by the prison system. |
