It's pretty simple..."bra". The administration here probably logs IP addresses. I will break that down for you "bra", that means if someone signs up with another account, it falls under the same IP address.
Now, "bra", an IP address is unique to each computer. That's sort of like a fingerprint. It's not 100% accurate, though, as sometimes ISPs will assign one universal IP addy.
In laymen's terms, "bra", if you sign up with another account, the administration already knows about it. |
