whenever sirius changes a channel in their programming, my radio does not get the update. for example, channel 10 still says it's called "The Bridge" when it's now i think "E Street Radio". i contaced sirius about this and they are very nonchalant about it. it really pisses me off. does this not irritate the shit out of anyone else? i paid for a lifetime subscription so they already have my money so telling them i'm going to cancel isn't a viable option.

here is their customer care response via email.

Dear <jap5c>,

Thank you for contacting SIRIUS regarding mislabelled channels on your receiver. We're here to help you!

<jap5c>, except for the Stiletto 2 receiver, the channel listings on our receiver were not updated, despite the constant addition, deletion and reshuffling of channels. There is also no immediate plans to fix this issue. SIRIUS apologizes for any inconvenience.

I hope this helps to resolve your issue, Jamie. Have a great day!

We are committed to providing you with the best in customer care. If you have any more questions, please feel free to contact SIRIUS CustomerCare.

For your convenience, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at: 1-888-539-SIRIUS (7474) As well as by email at: www.sirius.com/customercare
