Just tuned in and heard that Bubba lost 13LBS in a week...I need to drop a few. Did he say what he ate or what the regiment was???
KurtEvans
He's on a very strict diet and also is working out every single day.

If you really want to drop some weight, you need to find out how to do an ECA stack while cutting down on calories. It works incredibly well.

he is on strict diet and is working out. he did mention the name of the diet he was on a few times on the show. but i am not sure what it was called.

I've been working out pretty regularly. I'm more trying to gain muscle and a bit of weight. I weigh myself in the morning and night. The weight fluctuations within the day are up to 6 lbs.

But that being said I think that Bubba is aware of how that works and wouldn't cheat the 13 lb figure. I wish him well and hope he keeps with the diet.

I am currently on a diet meself in which I consume about 1k calories a day while exercising only when I can - which isn't too often.

The last time I was on this diet, I dropped 100 pounds in just under 8 months. Basically, I'm mixing a grapefruit diet with an ECA stack (ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin) but without the bacon and eggs in the morning.

Ephedrine - if you can get it - was the driving component in drugs like Hydroxycut back in the early to mid 00's. It was made illegal after a few idiots OD'd and died on it, but here in Canada you can still get it.

I've been on this diet for about four days and I've dropped four pounds. If I can maintain it for two months, I will be pretty light. Not to mention the fact that it zips me up very nicely. My energy levels are very high and they don't dip.

I'd recommend the ECA stack to anybody who can get it, assuming you do not have any pre-existing heart conditions.

Only 1000 calories a day? Jesus, how do you do that? I'd fall over from malnutrition. I do about 2500 in a normal day, and when I need to lose weight cut it down to 2000. It works wonders.
What you're doing is drastic. Good luck.
KurtEvans
I'm eating four or five times a day, but I've cut out high calorie stuff. Basically I'm having toast with about half a tablespoon of butter for breakfast (maybe 250 calories), an orange for a mid morning lunch (60 calories), two chicken legs and green veggies or strawberries for lunch (about 200 calories), a banana as an afternoon snack (105 calories) and generally a cup of greens and about six ounces of meat for dinner (between 250 and 400 calories depending on the kind of meat) and, on top of that, a grapefruit and a half on a daily basis (120 calories). That adds up to anywhere between 900 and 1,100 calories.

The not getting hungry is where the ephedrine kicks in. It is a tremendous appetite suppressant. Believe me, I LOVE food. But it's so much easier to not eat too much when your body feels like it doesn't care if you eat any at all... I haven't had hunger pains since it all started. Add in the increased metabolism, and that's how you lose weight fast, budday!

Probably water weight
KurtEvans
The thing you guys might not be aware of is that, the more overweight you are, the easier it is to drop pounds quickly. In Bubba's case, it isn't necessarily water weight.
jjon153
a lb of fat is 3500 cal. no matter how you spin it...to lose that weight bubba has to be doing some SERIOUS caloric cutting and a large amount of it is, as previously stated by others, water weight, the recommended amount of fat to lose is 2-3 lbs /week because as soon as all of your carbohydrates are depleted your body starts to burn protein as its energy source which anybody who knows anything about muscle tissue knows is bad
jjon153
Also, I don't know about aspirin but epinephrine and caffeine work so well because they are VERY strong diuretics and make you piss out all the water in your body therefore making your kidneys work their asses off unnecessarily
KurtEvans
You have to drink a lot of water when you take that kind of stuff ... but as to how it works, the last time I was on this kind of diet I lost 100 pounds in 8 months. I KNOW they work.
