i like how you think, however, the flyers penguins series is going to be a very tough series. as much as i love the flyers, i think if the penguins can score just enough to get martie off his game and maybe unconfident, then pittsburgh can put their foot on the flyers throat. but if the flyers can stay out of the penalty box(depending on who the refs like it seems this year) and they can put some pucks in the net and hold onto the lead then flyers can pull it out. numbers alone if the flyers can win 1 in pittsburgh out of those first two and go back to philly they could very well be up 3-1 in the series. but who knows it should be a very good series.
red wing and stars fans feel free to analyze that series. i know nothing about both teams. |

how is the scheduling between the conference finals and stanley cup looking? are they going to have basically a week off. if thats the case 7 game series dont matter because they will have a week to recover. if they play within 2 or 3 days then a 7 game series between those two teams could be a killer. |

I would assume more time off which is fuckin' ridiculous. The NHL is catering to television when their TV contracts suck. Amazing. Bettman is an idiot. They should be starting these series' tomorrow. |

i agree i would rather have them start sooner or later. i mean this should be when its hardest to play. i cant wait until hockey is back on espn. gary thorne and bill clement were the shit especially when it came to the playoffs. and abc never cut off a playoff game and moved it to espn like nbc to versus. |

nothing pissed me off more when after the flyers won they said it was their first appearance in the conference finals since 1997...i guess they forgot 03-04 when they barely lost to the lightning. |

Don't like sports teams from Texas....dislike the Flyers for that pansy Briere and their shithead fans....but absolutely hate the Pittsburgh Penguins. I hope someone smashes Crosby in his mouthgina and makes him bleed all over the ice. |

I dont know, read the post I quoted, figure it out. I dont like certian teams, but I never wish for something bad to happen to ones well being. Like what your saying about Sid is just classless. Your from California right? How would you feel if someone said I hope someone rips Joe Thortons arm appart and he never plays again? Im just pointing out the fact. Maybe you know enough to be dangerous.
Plus, I have read your posts too. Blameing officials is the first sign of looseing. If you win you deserve to win. If you loose, then you deserved to loose. Thats why they play best of 7. |
