Isaac is leaving HTV. Is the end near? I'm wondering if he sees the end of HTV and thats why he's leaving.

Yeah 17 years of therapy for Howard and he still can't be happy for someone if they decide to move on and get a new job. He was EXTREMELY hostile to Isaac, belittling him, and saying "FUCK YOU" to him. They should show Dr. Keith Ablow that segment, I'm sure he would have tons to say about Howard's bizarre behavior.

In about 2 years Howard will be saying "Fuck You" to all his co-workers when he takes the remainder of his 500 million dollars and goes to his home in the Hamptons. Isaac has made a very wise choice to leave now.

I think you're overblowing it a little, I don't think Howard was that hostile. Most of it was wrapped in some good healthy roasting and busting balls.

What they brought up on the wrap up show I thought hit the nail on the head, Howard is so committed to wanting to be the absolute best at what he does and have the best product to provide, he winds up taking it personally that someone would want to leave, feeling that they can have a "better" situation somewhere else. For all the therapy he's been thru, he obviously still can't see situations from another person's point of view, and for one that it's not necessarily all these other guys' life's work like it is for Howard.
