| I just bought a new car, and installed the SCC1 and HON-SC1 from TSS. The Sirius customer service told me that starting last Monday, that there is now a $15 charge for canceling my old receiver and adding a new one. |

| I found this out today. My Sportster got f**ked up after the latest download Sirius did at the end of April. I bought another radio and had it activcated today and they said they have to charge the $15 transfer fee no matter what the problem. I am sure this is going to get worse if the merger goes through because there will be no competition. |

| I have swapped radio for the last few years. I was charged as early as 2 years ago. Sometimes they charged and sometimes they didnt. I seemed like it would depend on the mood the service person was in. |

I just went through this today.
The Activation Dept does not have the authority to waive charges but Customer Service does. |
