So, I just got through watching, or rather quickly scanning through, the Bikini Bowling segment. What exactly was the point of this segment?
Let me see if I have this straight. This is an adults only, on demand station that is advertised as being extremely risque and cutting edge. It costs almost 200 bucks per year.
So what does HTV come up with? They get 20-30 girls who do porn or pose for Penthouse and have them bowl....IN BIKINIS!!!
Shouldn’t the segment have been Naked Bowling, or Strip Bowling .Instead we get Bikini Bowling. Seriously?
Doesn’t this defeat the whole purpose of having an uncensored show. There was nothing to uncensor. This entire segment could have aired on the E Channel. Hell, some E episodes were more risque than this. If you're going to do a T&A based segment on an uncensored channel the only real interesting element of the segment would have been the nudity. And not just topless, but FULL nudity.
Maybe it wouldn’t have been the most interesting segment in the world but at least the nudity would have provided a compelling visual. This was just the biggest waste of time I’ve ever seen. BIKINI bowling on an UNCENSORED station. The entire concept makes no sense, and the entire segment quite frankly was insulting.
Maybe in the future we can watch Porn Star Ping Pong, where porn stars play each other in really tight shorts.
Or how about Strip Poker, where the girls don’t strip.
Or Playboy evaluations where girls who want to be evaluated to pose naked strip all the way down to a bikini. Oh, I forgot they already do that on a regular basis.
I mean really, this entire episode is just astonishing. Oh well. I’m sure that we’ll get an episode or two featuring Richard Christy’s cock coming up very soon. |

As I was watching it, I kept thinking to myself, "there's no way that this entire segment will literally be girls in just bikinis".
And sure enough that's what it was.
It really is dumbfounding that someone thought watching 45 minutes of CLOTHED porn stars bowl on an UNCENSORED channel would somehow be entertaing. Amazing. |

It's Lame.
I mean, I'll watch it anyway, cause like my name indicates....I'm a Stern Junkie and will watch to keep up with what's going on (they will likely continue talking about this on the air as well as have the winner in studio).
But the premise is stupid. I guess they figure that eventually we'll start to root for these girls and care about who wins. I doubt it.
Jim Florentine does a horrible job. Scott does a horrible job. The girls are wearing bikini's....why aren't they naked?!?!?.....oh, I guess cause some HTV genius thought that Bikini Bowling sounded catchy.
They should all be fired. I'm glad I DL occasionally on the binaries rather than pay for that crap. When I start seeing good stuff I'll pay for it.
And by good stuff I mean some really simple and obvious things, like when a chick is in there and gets naked....here's a thought.....focus the camera on her!!!
Maybe it's a good thing Issac is leaving.
Get some fresh blood in there and some new ideas. |

| I actually talked to someone who dates one of the girls and he said the girls had a terrible time. Shoot took 12 hours and they didn't even have them getting drunk. LAME show. |

The volleyball matches also provide some excitement because they are a competitive event. Many of the HTV Bowling Bimbo's have never bowled in their lives. On the first episode one of the bimbo's said something about video game bowling. Watching them walk to the line, stop and throw gutter ball after gutter ball was like watching paint dry. The concept was lame and the actual production was even worse. |

Today, Howard was reading the one positive email he got regarding this abortion of a show.
....Do you think Howard even believes his bullshit anymore? I've seen every pay per view, bought every video and cd and have been a geeky fan of the show for over 20 years. This is hands down the worst thing ever associated with the show solely because it's so damn boring. No one looks like they're having fun. Skanks bowling in bikinis. BFD.
Mixing in some alcohol would probably liven up things a bit, but it's unlikely the shows liability insurance would allow it. :bf: |
