We will disagree on this one. If someone gets you that annoyed that you have to ban them from a thread than he did get to you. I don't see the problem in admitting that he got to some of you guys. It is not the worst thing in the world.
Nuge went into many threads (NY Mets Thread) and people just responded to him and had fun with him. They did not ban him. The people in the Pats thread could not take him, so he got to you.

There was a big difference between the way he acted in those threads, and the Patriots thread. He actually was normal in your NHL thread, which is the way you saw him. If you actually took the time to read his posts in the Pats thread, you'd see why he was DP'd. If he trolled your NHL Thread the way he did every Boston thread, you'd have done the same thing.
There's a difference between being a ballbreaker, and being an idiot that just says stupid things to get a reaction. That's called trolling. Trolls are fun for 5 minutes, but after two years of the same act, it's time to pull the plug. I don't know why you're not able to understand this. |

I respect your opinion, but we will disagree on this one. He probably did act like a troll. Even though he was a troll in that the Pats thread, the truth is that he did get under your skin that you had to ban him.
We have some people that cause trouble a few times that try to start trouble at The NHL Thread(I won't mention names) and they are properly dealt with. People can put down teams or sports, but you can't deny the passion that some people feel about a team or sport.
As I have said in the past so many times, It is so stupid that people want to go in threads that they don't like the sport or particular team just to cause trouble. Then again this is a message board, so some people feel the need to act like children here. |

I have been to Boston twice.
I had healhy engaging conversations about baseball with them.
I actually was thinking of going to law school there. But Miami turned out to be the best school for me.
I also went to a game at Fenway, and did not wear baseball gear because the Yankees WERE NOT playing.
I would not disrespect the sport by wearing the cap or shirt of a team that was not playing on the field.
I hate that shit.
Like when guys wear Tigers caps to a Yankees vs. Jays game or something. |

Actually, I love Boston. The city that is. It's such a fantastic place. And I sat in row 13 behind homeplate April 21, 2007, Yankees/Sox and I was proudly wearing every piece of Yankee gear I had.

I always wear Yankee gear when I go to a Yankees road game.
I will say one thing about you, you are definitely not a pussy if you wore Yanks gear at a Yanks/Sox gae in Boston.
I won't hesitate to wear a Yanks hat at Fenway if the Yanks are playing, but when I went there Sox were playing Detroit.
So it just seemed disrespectful to wear a Yankees hat. The game had nothing to do with the Yanks, so it was inappropriate.
That is also why I don't post in the Red Sox thread.
