He seems pretty sure on the "50" just gets confused on the "7".
I have never seen anyone misspeak and say 57 States. Never. I have never seen anyone get tired and get confused about how many States there are. Generally people know there are 50, but sometimes other people also "know" there are 52. That is where they make the mistake, thinking "52"... Not 57 or more.
Of course Obama was wrong and thus people must figure out why.
