They just added the Hodeo back into the HTV rotation, and this is a good example of why HTV has quickly lost it. Granted, 2 of the 3 girls in the Hodeo episode are butt-ugly, but the show at least was mildly entertaining, and worthy of being on a subscription uncensored channel (i.e. the content was basically adult, and you actually saw vagina). Bowling beauties? Give me a break.
It doesn't look like Howard is producing segments like the Hodeo again, and the few shows like that done in early 2006 and 07 will be the bulk of the better content on HTV from here on out. Even recent shows done in studio seem lame, its like someone told HTV to "tone down" the content and make it less controversial. Unless of course, you want to see Richard and Sal's cocks - that seems to never go out of style at HTV.
Do these guys have a clue what we want? Looking at the Bowling beauties fiasco, I think not. |

Totally agree. If you're going to do some kind of a T&A segment at least make it so that it justifies paying for an uncensored channel.
Lately all the T&A segments have gotten so lame so as to be ridiculous. Bowling in bikinis, hottest wife evaluations where the broads remain clothed, Playboy evaluations in bikinis. It's really bizarre. If the broads bottom doesn't come off, it's not a worthy T&A segment.
Even the Miss HTV segments are strange. Why would nudity not be a part of a bit involving a girl representing an Uncensored station. Who gives a shit about a monthly Miss HTV who always remains in a bikini. Why would I pay for that? |

What's really bizarre are the numerous episodes with super closeups of Richard and Sal's dicks, balls and assholes. The sniffing and closeups of Richards smelly balls and taint was even more bizarre. With few exceptions nude females seem to be shot from the next room. Even the Guess What's In My Ass episode was ruined by including Richard in it.
It's also laughable that the largest clit contest was canceled due to an inability to find enough contestants. It's obvious that was just a cover story and not the real reason for the cancellation. |

Since the station started, male nudity is always shot as graphically as possible, while nude females are shot as conservatively as possible.
Just as mentioned above, Sal and Richard's cock can't get enough camera time. Yet recently I checked out the Erica the Naked Gymnast episode and the usual crappy HTV editing was on display yet once again..
As she's getiing undressed they cut to gary, and then proceed to give one half second close-up of the crotch area, from a bizarre angle no less, for the remainder of the segment. The entire 2- 3 minuutes she's standing their nude you get no close-ups.

Absolutely. I noticed that also about the Erica episode - here the girl is fully nude, and they seem almost embarrassed to show it. Very quick shots from poor angles of her body (kind of like bad softcore porn on Cinemax that deliberately hides explicit content).
It's been said before, but there are too many places these days to get better quality adult entertainment. Not that HTV is porn, but if you are trying to sell the channel by featuring porn stars and models in suggestive poses and outfits, then you better deliver the goods at some point. As the incredibly lame Bowling Beauties show proves, they cannot (or will not) do that. |
