I know there aren't any details yet and they said the date is changing, but I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on what venue they might be looking at? I've been living in Cleveland for about 2 1/2 years, but I'm not that familiar with many of the smaller concert venues. These were ones I was thinking about:
The Agora - Maybe the best bet.
Playhouse Square (State, Hanna, Allen, Palace or Ohio theaters)? - Maybe a little too upscale
House of Blues - Good location but right in the middle of the Euclid Corridor project (For those of you who don't know about this... Let's just say that there is a long stretch of Euclid Ave under construction and it looks like a post-KISS concert... K-I-S-S!
Wolstein Center (Cleveland State) - Too big...
The Q - Waaay too big...
Blossom Music Center - Would be cool to have it in an amphitheater, but probably too big...
Do we have Jabronefest II and the show's in Akron or Toledo?
Bubba Army - Does anyone familiar with the area have any ideas on which venue they may be looking at? |

No reason, he just mentioned that it did.
That may not be a bad thing considering that Saturday is the same day as the first Ohio State home game. The way my alumni tickets have been going, I wouldn't be surprised if I draw that game.

i think the original date was during Labor Day weekend |

The original announced date was Saturday, August 30th.
They just said the date had been moved. I doubt they cancelled it, the only reason they have been canceling date is due to cost of the venue and Cleveland is a rather affordable city. |

Just announced, the new date for Cleveland is Saturday, August 16th.
Bubba said the reason for the date change is that they didn't want to deal with the Memorial Day weekend travel. Also, they figured that people would have other plans and didn't want anyone to have an excuse not to attend. |
