A repeater is down in my area due to the rain storms. Trying to get an intelligent rep on the phone who speaks English is impossible. Disconnects then having to repeat everything I said over and over then while on hold listening to awful 'muzak' that's encourages you to hang up.

When Howard is done, I'm done with this service. it's no wonder Sirius stock is down. This is a horrible company.

Funny that you bring up cup holders, I recently went to get a cup holder replaced, it was free of charge, washed the car, vacuumed , and got some great hot chocolate.

I've had three phone experiences with Sirius rep's. They WERE in fact Indians, but they were all understandable and, most importantly in my book, friendly and helpful.
