So, former professor of economics and No. 1 economic advisor Phil Gramm says no big deal that we have:
1) soaring deficits
2) soaring gas prices
3) an unprecedented credit crisis
4) collapsing housing markets
5) record foreclosures.
No biggie, stop yer bitchin'! This crap, although the economny perhaps has ecclipsed Iraq in the minds of voters.
So far out of touch is the No. 1 advisor on economics to McCain, and once considered to be McCain's Treasury Secretary, that McCain himself has joked about banishing him to Belarus!
Mind you this is from McCain who admitted he has no real grasp on economic issues.
A couple of weeks ago another cheif advisor said a new terrorist attack would be good! Why in hell does anyone think for a second about voting for this guy. He can't even run a campaign in July! |

It's troubling that the Republicans haven't run McCain out of the country on a rail. He's making the Party look every bit as bad as Bush made it look. Everyday that this nitwit opens his mouth or has one of his fellow nitwits open their yaps sets Conservatism back another decade. |

Again, you have shown an inability to observe.
They are making the Democratics look like the only chance for National salvation.
They are destroying the Republican Party and so many of you are trying to ignore it or, worse yet, trying to make yourselves and others think that it's all good.
We have a lot of fun busting balls here but, the truth is this really isn't a laughing matter.
As an American, I would be deeply concerned if either of the major parties began imploding into nothing.
The two-party system may have its flaws but it's definitely better than a single-party system. |
