He makes a point.
My new VW came with a free Sirius subscription for 3 months. I find myself driving a lot less because of rising gas prices. I no longer just hop in my car and go for a cruise. I spend about 40 minutes a day in my car during my commute. It is a waste for me to buy a Sirius subsciption for $12.95 a month to listen to music I don't want to listen to and a guy who only shows up for 4 days a week 40 weeks a year.
My VW also came with an ipod adapter.
Sorry Sirius. |

Sorry Sirius. | I get his point, but that wasnt what i was talking about. besides, sirius sucks anyways, all it does is cut out half the time. The rap stations are fucking horrible, gunit radio is garbage and howard is on only 4 days a week, but he could be doing a lot with"the tapes", but of course he leaves it up to someone else to take charge, when he should be in charge of everything. |

| People value their car on a per hour basis and are reminded monthly by car payments, gas payments and Sirius payments. One payment is beyond control but by trying to mitigate the gas payment the Sirius payment becomes a mere frivolity (to cut the gas payment, one must cut time in the car) that will be deemed highly discretionary and more than likey done away with. Not my opinion but from the WSJ, I am sorry I do not have the cite. |
