All the songs that I recorded from the unit have vanished? When I hit the heart button to record new songs it flashes like it's recording but it's wont. What happened to all my saved music and why won’t it record?
Secondly when you are changing channels there is an annoying voice over that says "HOWARD 101",etc. Is there a way to turn that off?

As far as the voice announcements, you can turn those off in the settings menu of the Stiletto 2. If you notice there are clicks every time you change channels you can turn that off as well.
The memory issue is a little wonky. Certainly something many people have issues with. It could need an update or more memory. I do know that only a certain amount of memory is alloted for different uses. For example the Stiletto 2 can only hold 10 hours of favorite songs. So if you have reached that, that could be the issue. I would check in the instruction manual as I think it goes more into detail about the specifics there. |

I had the exact same thing happen to me. i called and they had me reset the unit and it's back to normal. they were going to replace it if it didnt come back as it was before.
Drawbacks are that you'll loose everything except whats in your SD Card. |
