| They have moved Berman to host Sportscenter with Tom Jackson to go against the reunion of Patrick and Olbermann that starts on Sunday. And ESPN must be very worried about losing viewers to NBC and the Patrick/Olbermann team because the move is permament through the season. I can't stand Berman and for sure will be watching Patrick and Olbermann, they rocked together and it will be cool to see them do their thing together again. |

| well for years Berman and Jackson did what Patrick and olbermann are doing now. isn't baseball tonight on at the same time? also NFL network does the same thing. since NBC got football , Berman has done football highlights on sportscenter. |

I'm with you on this. Berman"s act is old. and Olbermann and patrick are great. how ever Olbermann and his politics might ruin it. |

| Olbermann never once brought up politics at all while doing highlights last year and likely won't again this year especially since he is reunited with his best buddy Dan Patrick. I can't wait to watch them every week. They are hysterical and have awesome chemistry together. DP said on his radio show today that he is a bit bummed because Olbermann won the coin toss and gets to do the first Ocho Cinco Highlights but did they say they have something good planned for those highlights |

Been an Olberman fan since his KCBS channel 2 news days doing sports locally here in the LA Market.....
I'll probably watch him and Patrick instead of Sportsceter.....
NFL Primetime still kicks ass though.... |

| They have been apart for 10 yrs other than some appearances together on the radio. So it will take a week or 2 to get their chemistry back and by week 3 they will be the Gold Standard that they used to be. |

I hope so. I like both of them but that segment is terrible. No time for them to even interact. Olbermann looked good, Patrick looked lost. |

| KO was really funny and on the mark, from his YOUR NO CRAIG KILBORN playful jab to DP to his mock Berman impersonation, to Motorcycle Ben to the jab at Pats fans jumping off the wagon as they show hoards of people leaving the stadium. They were the ultimate tag team before and they will be the best duo to watch as the season goes on.Just need to fine tune things and work out a few kinks. NBC has the SB this year so they will be in rare form all year long. I enjoyed it and look forward to the rest of the year. The Band is back together again. Classic of Costas to crack out their book from 96 |

That was actually a very well-organized pre-game/highlight show. They were better yesterday than at any point last year. I don't think Dan had much to do with that, but the show seemed to have more of a flow, with Tiki and the Bus relegated to a third-string role. |

The NBC crew is above and beyond any other crew in football now imo...
Hopefully my Raiders can be good enough to take advantage of that flex schedule later in the the year so NBC can do one of our games..... |
