Eli Manning and Berrian is who i would be getting and i would be giving up Torry Holt and Steve Slaton... my QBs are Kitna, Bulger and O Sullivan... my other RBs and Receivers are McFadden, Calvin Johnson, Portis, Marshawn Lynch, Eddie Royal, Deangeo Williams.

Do i accept this trade even though im weak at the skill positions? i can drop Bulger and Ossullivan and pick up some waiver wire stuff
Syxxpac78
Nope, don't take it...Eli has been good so far, but look at his carear stats....those are the type of numbers you can expet out of him sooner or later...
woogayo
i wouldnt take it. slaton will eventually take over for green, and i always think its best to have a bunch of rb's. i've been high on o'sullivan since before the draft. he's gonna get sacked a shit ton of times, but i think he's gonna eventually put up big numbers in martz' offense. tavaris jackson cant throw for shit, so berrian is useless. but what the fuck do i know.
DestroVega
why would u even consider that
jr1074
You can't count on Manning giving you great numbers and with Jackson as QB for Minn you can't expect him to throw the ball much.
wearly1977
that trade sucks
Hugomarink
Wow, I'm surprised everybody is so down on that trade. You desperately need a QB and Eli is solid. Bulger, Kitna, and O'Sullivan are all question marks and play for three of the worst teams in the NFL. Eli is a BIG upgrade at the QB position for you.

Holt is going to be very inconsistent this year playing for the crappy Rams so I really don't think you're giving up much there. And while Slaton may be the starter in Houston nobody knows how good he's going to be. You really have to look at your needs and getting a solid QB is what you need! With McFadden, Portis, and Lynch you can afford to give up Slaton.

Yes, Berrian is worthless but I still think the trade is worth doing. If you can get the guy to upgrade Berrian with a slightly better WR then I think it's a no-brainer.
Chakalaka
I'd do it in a heartbeat. Your Bulger is worthless and Torry Holt caught a circus TD to surpass some record this Sunday but probably won't produce like that the rest of the season.

At least you'd have Eli and Kitna and could drop Bulger and O'Sullivan to pick up valuable scabs down the road seeing how there are so many injuries popping up so soon. Berrian has the same toe problem he had last season yet he played all 16 games. Sidney Rice got injured Sunday and while his MRI came out okay and he hopes to play this weekend, who really knows. Might be an upside to Berrian.

i accepted it, I dont think kitna lasts the season, as he throws tooo many INTs in the clutch and I picked up Mushin Muhammed on waiver wire and i think he will be a good fantasy WR even with Steve Smith coming back.

Eli will give me consistency especially with two games against a shady Dallas secondary, 3 more games against the NFC west

Your a dumb fuck who know zero point zero about fantasy football. Enjoy last place fucker!!!!!!!!!

What makes you think the Lions are gonna bench him and try and better their future by trying a new QB? Its the Lions! They dont think like you and me.

He is gonna get passing yards for sure. Im starting him against 49ers this week. You can expect 300+ yds, 2-3 tds and 2-3 ints. depending how bad ints reflect on your scoring, thats a pretty good line

I think O sullivan puts up better numbers against the Lions this week so I am starting him... although if Eli is on my roster, i will start him against the Bungles

(I also have Berrian in one of my teams..and trust me..he's gonna emerge soon...Most likely when the Vikings pick up Jeff Garcia..or even use Gus Ferrote...he's gonna snatch up some points..watch)

Berrian ain't going to do shit.He has Jackson throwing the ball to him and Jackson sucks balls.
Hugomarink
I think it's a good move. Eli will help your team. You can't rely on Kitna, Bulger, or O'Sullivan to be consistent. I don't know if it's the type of trade that'll put you in first place but it should improve your team. I'm still surprised by those saying this was a bad move. Either they are fucking with you or don't know shit about Fantasy Football. Oh well. Fuck them. It'll be interesting to monitor how this goes over the course of the season so all the naysayers can be proven wrong.
Hugomarink
See! And now that the Vikes have benched Jackson in favor of Frerotte, Berrian's value has already gone up.

I was offered Bowe and Duece for McFadden. I counter with McFadden and Merceded Lewis for Plaxico. He's thinking about it.

Deuce is worthless so that trade sucks. Good job rejecting it. I think McFadden straight up for Plaxico is fair. Mercedes Lewis is also worthless so why even throw him in?
dunnnie74
He needs a tight end and I was hoping to entice him.The fact that mcFadden plays for the raiders I felt I had to even it out some.

I see. Well, if that entices him to make the trade them all the better for you. Now is a good time to sell high on McFadden after his big day last weekend. The fact is that McFadden will probably continue to share carries with Fargas and, since JaMarcus Russell can't throw the ball, Raider opponents are going to load up on stopping the running game, making it more difficult for McFadden and/or Fargas to have any big games going forward.
