I keep getting this message on my radio in my car - Call 888-539-Sirius to subscribe. I'll be listening to Howard and all of a sudden it cuts out and I get that message. 5 minutes later, the message goes away and the programming comes back. Until 5 minutes later when it happens again. This goes on for anywhere from 2 times to 20 times. My subscription is all paid up and not set to renew until Dec.

I called customer service and they were clueless. They tell me my account is fine and up to date and its a result of the merger. Don't know if I believe them or not.

Anyone else have this happen?

What kind of radio is it?
Did it just start happening?

I know there have been some wonky things happening with radios this week. I can only guess it has to do with the updating of the signals and subscriptions due to the addition of the "Best of" programing. I hate to say that the best solution is probably to ride it out for a couple of days if it hasn't already gone away.

Not sure of exact model but it's an aftermarket in-dash Alpine. I've had this problem before - a couple months ago for a couple days, then it stopped. Now all last week and this week it's happening again; today was like the 8th straight morning it happened.

Thanks for the help.
