Berman is annoying...he is tolerable on NFL Primetime, but it is like the network feels the need to put him everywhere. Calling games...on Sportscenter...enough is enough. Leave him on Primetime and that is it.
But I would put up with an all-Berman channel before I would watch anything that has Stuart Scott in it. I feel like I am watching BET. Stuart...it's okay to say at least one grammatically correct sentence in an hour, we won't hold it against you! How old do you have to be before you stop talking like you are 15? 25? 30? 35? Good christ I hate Stuart Scott. Everyone else is a distant second in my opinion. |

When he called all 3 three games for the ALDS this year I just about about tore out my eardrums.
Douchebag runnner up is definetly Tim McCarver. I really think he is going senile. He made so many mistakes during the ALCS and WS this year it made me wonder if he even preps for the games anymore.
And that line about Jeter's "calm eyes", that was the gayest fucking thing ever said during a baseball game. The FCC should look into fining Fox for that. |

IM glad Im not the only one here who thinks John Madden totally sucks as a broadcaster. I am fuckin amazed at the crap that comes out of this guys mouth. Its literally like he has absolutely no clue about anything to do with football. How in the hell was he an NFL coach???
That Patriot game was just one example of many of making no sense when he calls games. When he was saying that I was yelling at the TV!! The guy is just always wrong....calling penalites, strategy, coaching decisions....I swear to god my 2 year old nephew knows more about football than this guy. Just actually listen to him once and you will be amazed how bad he is.
Now my favorite is Phil Simms, he is very good...knows what he is talking about and has a great sense of humour. Just seems like a guy you would want to sit around with and talk football. |

Chip Carey- he is not as bad nationally. Locally he is a nerdy know nothing who overstates every lazy fly ball. Part of the lucky seed club who was around baseball all his life yet seems to understand none of the subtleties. His grandfather was loved because he drank a lot of beer and got a lot of poon. Chips ass could not be tighter.
Football
Tim Green- do we have to hear that he was a top student and writer in college any more. He better be a good writer because he has absolutely nothing to say.
Bob Griese- I'm suprised no one has mentioned him yet. The Tim McCarver of the football circuit with the added dimension of being completely unprepared
Basketball
Billy "fudge" Packer- huge ego and absolute ACC schill.
Bill Walton- how does his name not immediately come to mind when you think of the true douche bag announcers of the game. His voice sounds like he has a mouthfull of spit in his cavernous jaw line.
There are many others. Guys like Madden, who is now just a caricature of himself, have spawned dicks like the Brian Balldinger's, Mike Golic's and sadly the Tony Siragusa's of the world
Just about every female reporter is a worthless cunt. I wish they would just admit that they are there to give me some sex with my violence and dress in nothing but lingere.

Also...did youknow that his "back, back,back" is a RIPOFF? If you ever watch historical baseball tapes, it was an old-time broadcaster (I think it was Russ Hodges, but I could be wrong). Watche the famous Willie Mays catch against Vic Wertz. You'll hear it then.
