This is weird:

I ordered my xact unit on 11/23. I was told is would be shipped out overnight, since I paid for overnight delivery. On 11/24 they said it would be shipped out in a day or so. Then on 11/26 another rep had told me they are on back order for 2 weeks. I called on 12/6 to get an update and they guy said it should go out Tuesday or Wednesday. Another attempt to find out on 11/9 has the lady telling me that all she can say is that I will get it on or before 12/24 and says it looks like it is still on back order. Then why the hell was it on my door step when I got home?

Do their Reps know anything other than how to sell you accessories?

So, just an FYI *I GOT IT!*

awesome, I hope that means my exact isnt far behind. I ordered on 11/24 with 2nd day delivery and have not gotten anywhere useful with the customer service people either.

I got the same email friday night. I sent another email earlier friday and just got a response today that my order has been shipped and they gave me a tracking number. Its due to arrive tuesday. Hopefully yours will come shortly too.
