he really brought it home... what a great musician. That whole stadium was louder then fuck too!! When Paul did 'To Live and Let Die" that place was going nuts!!
I am so glad they finally got a great musician to do a half time show.. But U2 did rock at the 2002 SuperBowl, and put on a great show and tribute to 9/11 victims.

Hey Hendrix, did you hear how they had a "studio sound alike
Paul" singer up hot in the mix, and then the "real Paul's" vocal
just up underneath? He was still live, but with a "little help from
his friend." You could really tell in Hey Jude. The two together
sounded like vintage Paul. I say that's legal! Good show man!
How could you not get goosebumps playing to that stadium, the
viewing audience, and all the pyro going off. What a career
highlight for the backing band!!!
Anyone saying shit like "Dinosaur Crap" is a fuckin ignoramus
who should be shot!! That IS the music that influenced
everything that we hear today, yesterday, and a decade and
more ago, so get educated fool!

I must say, that for an old '60's dinosaur....Sir Paul fuckin' brought it! Live and let die, complete with fireworks was great. And I loved that video stage they had. If they want to go with great live bands for next year, my vote would be for George Thorogood and the Delaware Destroyers...
