Kimba & I just got home from NYC. We went up Friday and caught Sal's charity show for The Steven M. Perez Foundation with Bob, Artie, and Christy. We missed most of the show but got to hang with the boys for quite awhile. We took plenty of candid drunk at the bar photos.
We caught up with Zolar and watched a bunch of his Dopes Go Wild DVD. They need to get that thing out already. We had a nice late night with Bob, Bob's girl (I don't know if it's ok to say her name), and Zolar. Nice spending time with you all.
Saturday was BeetleBash . Holy shit that was great. to everyone from the area who missed it, damn are you stupid. It was insane. The Beetle & Toad fight was great. I have some video. The 2 of them really went at it. The High Pitch vs John the Stutterer fight was uneventful, but Eric won. John was too tired to go on. Eric wore him out. They picked two guys from the audience to fight for $300. Now those guys fought! Zolar was the MC and really got the crowd going. The strippers were out of control like all good strippers should be. It was practically a sex show and the lap dances were like none that you get at the club. Sal, Richard, and Rev did stand-up from the ring. The crowd loved it. Beetle sung Michael Jackson. Maryanne sang for us all too. fake Howard was there, but Elvis was a no show.

Here's some big news. I have 8 giveaway items that I haven't mailed out yet. I brought them to the show and had everyone sign them. I didn't bring them out until the end of the gig so I missed High Pitch & Bob. Eric left right after his fight and I must of just missed Bob because him & his girl were there pretty late.
I have coldandugly's porno still. There were some issues about where it was going to get mailed so it never went out.
I have 3 Meet the Creeps DVDs and one Terrorizing Terrorists CD for the SFN moderators.
I have the 3 Damn Show DVDs.
All of them have signatures from Sal the Stockbroker, Richard Christy, Zolar, Joey Boots, John The Stutterer, and Beetlejuice!!! Hook nose mike signed the Yucko dvds and Double A signed the rest. I'm so damn happy top get them all signed and to get Beetle signature on there is a big deal. He was obviously in a good mood.
Beetle signed my SFN shirt too :)
mods, pm me your mailing address. Cold & ugly, I have the last address you sent, but pm me again so I'm certain it goes to the right place. I wasn't able to hook up with yucko, so he still hasn't signed the DVDs or picked a winner. I'm going to work real hard at getting that contest over this week. Even if I have to pick the winners myself. He's very busy these days and probably can't get online a whole lot.
Good time everyone. Had a real nice time seeing all of you. Weekends like this one at what makes SFN so much fun to run.
PS - Rev Bob is going to be by SFN this week with a guest. it should be alot of fun and hopefully just the first special guest. Him & Artie have a Chicago show coming up. Kimba & I are seriously considering taking the trip.
I'll get some pics & video up today. I'm running home to get my laptop now. just wanted to stop in with my report.
Oh, I totally forgot. This hot Spanish chick who Rev Bob said was dating a cab driver, was all over my girl. rubbing her chest and trying to get us to go back to her place. NICE! She takes care of me but the chick couldn't get rid of her guy. we settled for take out Chinese from WoHop. |

His standup is coming together in a very short time. He's funny, can take shots at himself, and seems comfortable on stage.

I've actually met Dana before, I'm just a dumbass and didn't recognize her. I was wondering where she was. Honestly I didn't recognize his sister either. I'm so bad. I'm the complete opposite of Artie, he knew us right away. I wish I had that ability. I'm glad I was nice to them.
Dana was very cool. She was sitting at the bar right in front of us. We were bullshitting with her and I kept putting my camera at her feet. When I asked her to get in the photo with Christy, I had no idea who she was. Same with Artie's sister. I just asked her to pose with Sal. So funny. hi girls, sorry I'm a rude dumbass for not recognizing you.

We had a great time at the Beetle Bash! Everyone was in a great mood and it was nice to see a lot of the guys all together again like the old days. Hopefully we will see everyone again real soon! We missed Dan and KC and Mutt even mentioned how we haven't seen Nicole Bass in a while. That would have been really cool if she had been at Beetle Bash! I really hope that you guys (SFN Members) will seriously consider making a trip out to see one of the shows. Like I have said before, EVERYONE that we have met that is associated with the show or through this site has been a great person and with a few slight exceptions, pretty normal. Come on out and make some new friends and have some fun! |

After about 6 years of follwing him around to these gigs, I have learned to go with the flow. I have become a lot more open minded since I began dating Mutt. When I first started seeing him I was totally appalled and against the idea of him going to a strip club, let alone going with him! Now it's usually me suggesting we go to the go-go shack and it's me buying him the lap dances! All the guys are good sports and I really love all the friends we have made through the show and through this site! And I love JoeyBoots for making all of this possible. He is the one who opened the door for us! |

Mutt and I definately have plans to visit the west coast in the near future. KC and Anna have been inviting us out for a while now. We just have to pick a date and make the plans. I guess we will try to find a time when some of the other guys are gonna be out there for a show or something and hopefully KC will be appearing with them and we will go out for that. At any rate, we will be sure to let all you left coasters know when we are gonna be out there! |
