Because I am sure that even on sirius the stern show will not last long in canada again because of the crtc bullshit.

| I use Priceline all the time and for any address just put california 90210. As long as they get their cash they couldn't care less. |

Stern show, and a few other channels, can't play on Canadian Sirius systems because of the CAB Sex-Role regulations in their recently approved license order. Not even three hours a day of his current show could play, much less any of his Sirius show.
I'd say buy the U.S. version. But be aware that they might eventually put in some kind of verification or U.S. billing address for credit cards if the CRTC pressures them to do it. Unlike with DirecTV, the CRTC has that pressure because they could threaten to yank Sirius Canada's license (DirecTV doesn't have a Canadian license to yank). |

| no need to... there are tons out there now and i doubt as we get close to jan 06, that sirius would be stupid to be caught short on the inventory... |
