| So how many of you actually have Sirius right now? Not planning to buy it, or preordered it or some shit like that, but currently have it drilled into your car (ha, you have to drill it in), or have it. |

Wife was going to buy it for me for father's day (and she even acknowledged my love of Stern), told her to hold off. I just don't care about the music that much, find most talk shows dreadfully boring and am sure there will be some better deals coming within the next 3-4 months.
17-year-old son wants it for his car though. He's compared the two and decided Sirius is the btter deal (without prompting from dad). He said he'll get it depending on how much he spends at Comicon this week.

| I agree...Christmas season will have a BUNCH of new radios out, with new technologies so I am not buying early....and with all the driving I do I will prob just get the lifetme subscription...pays for itself after 4 years..... |

I'm going to wait well into the new show to decide if I'm going to get sirius. To be honest I really wouldn't listen to the other channels since these days anyone can download any music they want for free. The sirius show willl be available for download from the newsgroups.
Flame on, but 4 days a week just doesn't cut it for me to spend $100 on a reciever and $12 a month for subscription. Illegal? Like I care. :) |

| I've had it for 3 months. It is great. I only listen to regular radio when Stern is on. There are a lot of good shows on. Can't wait until January! I got the boombox too. |

| I got Sirius Oct 2004 and have never regretted it. I have it in the house, work and in the car. I don’t understand how anyone who is truly a Stern Show fan could say they may not buy Sirius. I not only plan to listen to every show but will be taking off his first day at Sirius. |
