| Does anyone know how I can increase the power to my Xact XTR1 Pod. When it is docked in the car, I have very few dead spots, in the POD there are many more. Any suggestions? |

| I called Sirius and they told me to call Xact. The HILLBILLY from Xact said to keep rotating my antenna on the POD. Now my POD says "Antenna not detected". I have to call them this morning and see what they say. |

| I spoke to the same HILLBILLY again today. I have to send the POD in with a copy of my receipt. It has to be sent FedEx or DHL or any way that can be tracked. I need to send an explanation of the problem. They have a 10 day turn-around time. They will then send me a refurbished unit back. It looks like I will be with out my POD for about 2 weeks. At least I can still listen in the car. :mad: :mad: :mad: |

| Well my POD arrived at Xact yesterday afternoon. Lets see how long it actually takes to get it back. I like the Xact satellite receivers, but have little faith in the support process. Updates to come soon. |
