No they can not. Many people have been petitioning for a dual service player, but until that comes about your only option is new equipment.

There are alot of car head units that are "Sat Ready" and have controls for both. Check out Crutchfield....

As I understand it the units that are Sat. ready still require you to purchase the tuner, service, and antenna seperately.
