Howard always talks about satellite being the future of radio, but now that he has an on demand deal I guess cable is still the future for TV?

Is it really true that "a bunch of channels made offers" or did no one want to pick up the show with its production costs and other baggage?

I have no problem paying for the content I want to see/hear, but I was really hoping for an HBO show.

HBO doesn't pay very well. :nn:

Don't worry about it. If On Demand does horribly, then Howard will go to somewhere better like HBO.

he probably has an air-tight contract to remain with on-demand.

howard said "3 year" deal at on-demand.

satellite is not the future of TV...it fucking sucks. i had it for a year and it was a nightmare...the ugly equipment, the shitty reception during a fucking drizzle, the drop outs during winter, the pixelization problems, the lack of local channels, the shitty HD programming availability.....GOOD RIDDANCE

Time Warner Cable (my local provider) is fantastic, id never want satellite TV again.

I have on demand. I'm not sure but did howard say that even though you have it, you still have to pay a fee for the channel???
