They'll be available, but heavily censored and stripped of what makes the medium so great. :(
at least that's what I hear.

yep, the same rules that pretty much got him booted from Canadian radio will apply to Sirius. The minute Howard "objectifies" a woman or takes a call from Daniel Carver it's over. I'm just going to continue to sub through a fake us address.

What do you mean by sub through a fake address? I'm about 20 minutes north of Buffalo. Is there a way I could get the US feed from there? And is there somewhere we can find out exactly what the Canadian standards are going to be. I don't have a problem paying for Stern, but if its going to be chopped up its not going to be worth it.

It will be chopped up. So this is what you need to do. Go over to Best Buy, get your reciever. They wont ask you for your address if you dont want to give it to them at the store, its cash and carry. When you get it home to canada, just go to sirius.com and subscribe. Give them your credit card number and real address (street and street number) but change the city and the zip code. Use Buffalo for the city and zip. This will work like a charm, its exactly what I do.

Douche 100 may last 15, maybe 20 seconds in Canada. Or, more likely, its not going to made available for Canadian subscribers from the get go since the fight would be a complete loser.

Unfortunately, the license specifies that its subject to the Canadian content statutes, which make the U.S. FCC look like Al Goldstein.

Howard's show RIGHT NOW, in its diluted form, can't even pass Canadian content restrictions. It got booted years ago.

You need to fake a U.S. addresss.

Except you were the guy who predicted that Sirius would never get a licence in Canada....you were wrong. I see your false prediction has not in any way discouraged you from making further bold predictions with zero evidence, talking out of your ass once again. Keep at it Chucky boy..... lol.

Hey, hey why the anger? Keep it up and pretty soon even your boyfirend won't want to play with your dick anymore. Please, don't let it get to that point and seek help.

Tom what makes you think the CRTC won't act on the first complaint against Howard?

By the way, the signal going to canada and the one going to the US is the same. But the Canadian version of Sirius will probably not have Douche 100 on the dial at all.
