on the news tonight they qualified my statement on what makes a wack packer with "Joey insists he is not in the Wack Pack" before they played my statement on what makes a Wack Packer of which includes physical deformity, speech impediment or mental illness........in the part that did not air I stated that on HOWARD 100 News I was described as being in the Wack Pack and I had stated that I am mentally ill so maybe I am in it.......never did I say I wasn't.
Now that I have said that I still don't know if I am in the Wack Pack but I just want my statements to be understood in their correct context.
In reality I feel if I am in the Wack Pack I won't be taken as seriously which I want to be........just sayin'. :hw: |

I've been misquoted a couple times as well, but it's still all good.
as far as wack packer goes, I include obsessed fans in the bunch. here are my qualifications and take note the some wack packers fall into several of these categories
QUALIFICATIONS:
- having a mental or physical condition which is interesting on air or to talk about (the obvious group, ex. beetle, wendy, gary, HPE)
- crazy / wacked out (ex. Elliot offen)
- have some kind of stick that makes them interesting (yucko or daniel carver)
- obsessed stern fan - talks about howard everyday, calls into the show even if it means staying on hold for hours, is willing to come in and do stunts just to be a part of the show. (boots, maryanne, double a, zolar, etc)
though regulars like Boots, DoubleA, or Maryanne are not retards, but that does not mean that they are not important to the show and still part of that group. Not all wackpackers are freaks. Some are just different enough and in to the show enough, that they make up for lack of physical/mental handicap with effort and love for the show.
take jeff the drunk, elliot, ean the drunk, the vomit guy, etc. these people aren't midgets but they are clearly wackpackers. |

I agree Mutt, but you noticed that all if not most (exception Gary and Wendy the Retard) are fans from the east coast? When I first heard Howard in Los Angeles, I wanted so badly to be a part of the wack pack, but now I contribute on the background and I hope my latest contribution will help Howard's popularity grow exponentially. So yes, i do my share and maybe one day I could lead a west coast Wack pack, because i know a guy named Leo (A retared Chinese guy) I call Leo the Letard. His fetish is taking pictures of Hispanic girls "with long hair because they make my ding ding hald" and beats off to it in the bathroom in public places.
He's in in late 40s and still is a virgin. |
