There is another round table discussion this week.

What should the topics be? Please post your suggestions

Thought I pass a few to you

Quote: 01) Should Howard reopen the Bullletin Board for Sirius members only?
02) Would the members like a Coast to Coast Wack Pack, representing Stern, since Sirius is played all over America
03) Will Howard have a Coast to Coast Caravan across America to promote Sirius?
04) Should Jackie come back WXRK and move on to Sirius
05) Should Siobhan publically apologize for vandalizing the wall at Sirius and be banned albeit temporarily from terrestrial and satellite radio for the stunt?
06) Will Adam Corolla and David Lee Roth be successful and could the panel share some advice for them?
07) Once out of prison, should cabbie be a part of the Stern 100 family?
08) Should Eric the midget be banned for being spoiled?
09) Should Stern go on Jay Leno and would it be an insult if Stern made a surprise appearance and talk about Jay Walking, Stuttering John, Kenneth Kallenbach, etc?
10) Hi-Pitch is a good player as a Wack packer, but isn't his swearing a little too much? And is H.P. getting too much air time?

Here's a few. Thanks Mutt

This week's topic: "Should the SFR incorporate these ideas?"

1) For the Sirius subscribers that never had a chance to hear Howchie on old radio and don't have a clue as to the references bandied about :

Who better to educate the 'NewSterners' and get them up to speed on all things Howard than the Superfans? Ask for noobs to call in their questions about the Show and staff, and let the SFR expound their superior knowledge to their heart's content...

2) For the Superfans:

A 'Mike Walker' style game. Each SFR participant comes in with a crazy thing that has actually happened on the Show over the years, and then throw in one plausible lie for Superfan callers to guess...

3) For the Superfans that can't physically be at the table:

Save one regular seat at the table for a Superfan to be on the phone for the whole show. Set it up in advance, of course ... [maybe as the prize for winning the 'MW' game?]

4) For Me:

I think the SFR should always include a segment on the 'SternWeekInReveiew', where the SFR discusses the Show's highlights from the past week...

PS - Thanx for askin'! You Rock!

Hey Joey, of course it's frightening but keep in mind, most of us can't fly to New York and be a part of the show like you can, but they still love and support Howard. So yeah, it may sound like stalking but it isn't directed at anyone in particular but the associaton is what most feel. Strange questions? Maybe, but if Howard were here, would not the Wack Pack do the same? You should know, you're their boss.

up-date on Howards parents...after the "scare" from some reporter banging un-announced on the stoop. Will Ben be in? What's Ray say? Is Howard still for a slot for ither of them? thanks for asking

Idiot, leave the Stern's alone!

How about suggestions of original shows
concepts for the entire channel? You could ask the panel and listeners for their proposals and see if any sound promising. I have an idea that I think might be huge but I'd rather call during round table to pitch it.

Speaking of channels, wasn't there supposed to be three?
RCITim
a poll as to what is the last classic bit they play on old fashon radio, whether it be a "bit", an interview or a musical performance... maybe sfn could host the poll, keep it to current members as to not crash the site or host the poll on his site..
Tom from T.O.
1. Should Howard's show stream over the internet?
2. What will the "secret revelations" be for each show member?
3. Who makes for a better show, Jackie or Artie?
4. Who will cry on the last show?
5. Is Ralph a fag?

Naw, Joey's too much of a stud, on the other hand, Scott the Engineer almost was sodomized for $250,000 and High Pitch would do any thing homo for $500 or food.

The third was supposed to be for the westcoast. Instead of rebroadcasting on one or two, three was for us. I wonder what happened? They should have five channels. Imagine Hawaii could now hear Howard? When Stern's book came out, the book was the #1 sold book on the island.

  1. Eastern
  2. Central
  3. Mountain
  4. Pacific
  5. Hawaii

Hawaii is now invaded by the Haole Howard Stern
Dick Tater
Mutt, also you can discuss what bits should be heard before they're retired for good. this is especially important to fans so the phone lines should be open for a long time on this topic. I'm going with beetlejuice when he was attempting to spell 'RED' (which he spelled as L-S-T-E-R or something) and when beetle kept responding with, "who? me?" to everything howard asked. classic show fights would be awesome to hear as well. Maybe even discuss old show regulars that people would like to see come back..either on the last shows or on sirius. I'm going with billy west and k.c. armstrong.

After listening to todays show I'd also like to hear if the panel believes tom chiasano has any redeeming qualities what so ever. once again he's PERSONALLY responsible for killing creativity. after years of supporting censorship and never standing up for howard, now he won't even let him take a walk to his new home for his last broadcast. what a fucking tool that tom is. please bring this up on round table. everyone hates him except howard for some reason. why does howard feel the need to defend him inspite of tom's behavior? I think thats something fans would like to find out.
thrillz
plan terrestial radios funeral....or is howard going to really leave on that note?...discuss more about the death of terrestial radio ...and how the walk from 1 building to the sirius building will happen..ORGANIZE..SO US FANS CAN ATTEND..if its really going to happen

For the Roundtable:

Is this whole thing sounding too much like a bunch of New York –centric
dim-witted males who are way too much into themselves, swear too much
without cause, or is it the perfect mix for the West Coast and the rest
of the U.S.A. as well?

That's why we need folks on the west coast to call 800-44-Stern or 800-447-8376 and tell him that. Or if it's impossible, contribute $40 here and post your thoughts. I agree, but I am just one person

1. Should Howard's show stream over the internet?

Hell Hell Yes!

Mention the petition so more fans will be inclined to let Sirius know it is really wanted. Only about 100 signatures so far (after a week).

Thanks to anyone who can get this topic on the air.

1. How far and how fast will the show go with "indecency" once on Sirius? Will they really try to restrain an just "talk like adults" or are we going to have all kinds of sick and graphic stuff?

2. Did the E show help or hurt the show? At first it seemed like a great reality type documentary of the radio show but later did the radio show become too influenced by being able to televise? Did it give people who couldn't get the radio show the wrong idea about the show by only airing "hot chick" segments? Will on demand be different?

3. KC and Sean's fights with Tom-have they been vindicated now that we have seen more of tom's behavior recently?

4. Predictions of Sirius subscription sales by the first Stern show and throughout the year.

5. Predict how the David Lee Roth show will do and what he will do on the air.

6. Predict what will happen the day Jackie comes in. Good feelings and nostalgia or vicious ball busting?

7. What was the hottest segment ever aired that made you want to go masturbate?

Good questions!

Discuss the firing of talent on WXRK

Should Tom Chiusano remain on WXRK?

Will Los Angeles' Bob Moore be the new G.M.?

Are the talents swearing too much on Sirius?

Are certain Wack Packers contributing or taking away from Sirius? Apparently Melrose's attempt was a train wreck.

Alright. So I'm new; this is my first post. Here's my idea for a Round-Table show:

I think it would be interesting to discuss "the line". Where do the show cast-members draw the line with respect to what aspects of their personal lives they're willing to speak about on the air? It must be a tremendous challenge resolving stories that are "good for the show" against ones that could totally demolish their personal lives.

For instance, Howard never talks (well, almost never) about his kids, and rarely discusses any aspect of his post-divorce relations with his ex-wife, in anything but the most positive light...

Artie nearly went postal when it was mentioned by a "Win Fred's Money" (or was it Stump the Booie?) contestant mentioned having what sounded like a one-night-stand with his sister. On the other hand, he's relatively comfortable with discussions about how much he's netting financially this year, or his adventures with bank-robbery, prostitutes, etc.

What about Robin? Gary? Old-school, what about Jackie?

Fred has no line; he -never- discusses his private life, and when he does, the result is a full show of ball-busting ("Eric", eh?)

Who else would we wanna hear about? I bet Ralph knows a lot about Howard's private life that he doesn't share... it would be interesting to hear him speculate on this "line."

Good comment Krelin. It's fans like us who can program Best Of

It is more enjoyable and easier to follow when panelists frequently say who they are before giving their opinions.
