Does anyone know how I can record Sirius on my mac? I have the sportster Replay and I know that you can set it to "wake" at any time (what time will HE start? :P) So since I will probably be asleep when its live I would like to record it on my comp and enjoy later instead of going to ******** to get it.

"mac are for fags get a PC ass hole" There its been said now lets move on and answer the fucking question.

I use a iMic with my ibook and record using a free program called Audio Recorder

http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/17392

Plug a audio cable from the line in or headphone jack to the iMic and set the sound to go through the imic in preferences.

Real fucking easy. Can directly import to itunes also.

Dude, download this:
http://versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/7392

I've been using this for the past 2 1/2 years and it works wonders. It's got full timer recording, and can even save to an MP3 (or any other format) while making the "master" AIFF recording (which will take up 3GB of disk space for 6 hours of high quality audio). Then edit it down, takes about 15 mintues to rid the show of commercials, and about 30 minutes to save the show back as an MP3. If your power goes out before you can edit the show down, you'll still have the saved MP3. Let me know if you have more questions about that s/w?

Also, most of the fags who bitch about Macs never owned or have seen one for more than 5 minutes at CompUSA. I guess they are insecure about knowing only one OS and one platform.

Although it's not free, it's very reliable and only costs $16. It has a timer function and can save to mp3 without any editing needed. I will be using it to record the show on Sirius. I'm sure that there are many threads about this, but will the show be repeated at night (so I can record it without buying a 2nd receiver?)
BTW, I used to think Macs sucked, that is until I actually used one.
