Do you have to buy one of those "home docking kits" to run Sirius through your home stereo with this Sportster RePlay?

| Personally, if you can get your hands on one I prefer the boombox for the Sportster, I have both home docking kit and boombox and I have only used the home docking kit once. I prefer to boombox around the house and in the yard. Just some friendly advice. Enjoy it, for I sure do! |

The boombox is the way to go with the sportster replay. You can take it any where.

| Why not just tune your existing boom box into the Sirius radio frequency and do it like that? I like my boom box. |

I have a starmate that I take in the car and use at home. I did my research a couple months ago and it is quick and easy. Hook the starmate to the computer via 1/8 jack and record all you want. Unhook the antenna and line out jack and then put it in your car. The radio was $49 after rebate and the car kit was $39.
I'm still under $100 with 1 month subscriction, but I got a Lifetime. |

| I think spending the little extra for the Sportster replay is worth it for the time it saves hooking and un-hooking up the cables. I have only had it for about a week but boy am I glad I don't have to plug in each cable every time I want to use it. (and unhook them every time i want to go from home to car and vice versa) |

for me it's not a problem. It only takes10 or 20 seconds out of my day. I understand though. When I get a little more money I will buy a second radio. Jusus Christ Sirius is all I listen to anymore besides my mp3 player. |

| I mounted the antenna that came with the home kit outside and the signal is rock solid. |

| I put the home kit antena outside (in a city downtown) and I get 10 bars. I put it in a ziplock to help protect it a bit but it works good so far. |
