They just played Baba Booeys voice on Sirius. They played the prank call with his voice from that make up tape.

They have been careful not to use the voices of anyone still under contract with Infinity.

I'm guessing they will be getting some crap over this.

Nothing wrong. He isnt allowed to broadcast from sirius while under contract. This is old and not owned by infinity so its fair game.

If they wanted to they could air Private parts over the air and not breach any contracts (with infinity anyway)

You're probably technically right, But in fact they did play a piece of Private Parts while interviewing Pig Virius and edited out Howard's voice.

Hopefully Infinity wont make an issue out of this. They haven't been the nicest people in the world lately.
