I just finished sending them a letter telling them how I felt

| I'm starting to think they will offer Howard soon, they realize people are willing to go through hoops to get the show in Canada. I'm predicting a Howard station for Canadians, one where some douche will be hitting the button. That means no Gary the Retard, Beet or Daniel Carver. |

I guess no, only because the CBC are elitist French snobs and can't handle Howard's previous French bashing. If they start to majorly drag XM in numbers then they wll get desperate and maybe consider it. Fuck Sirius Canada fags and fuck the CBC. |

That's what I'm thinking, XM will probably crush Sirius at first and will be forced to take a long hard look at themselves. |

| Tom the Q107 version of Howard was unlistenable anyway (did you hear the chopped up 9-11 show?) so whatever light version of Howard might appear, I don't want any part of it. |

I also feel that once SIRIUS CANADA launces successfully they will offer the stern channels for an extra buck - to prove to the CRTC that Stern is a seperate pay service that only people who WANT to hear it, hear it....
that said - Ebay is your friend, just get a US radio and pick any american addy you want for your mailing address, and make sure that your CC is billed automatically and that your account is set to be online and not send paperwork to a real address. |

According to a published report, Howard Stern will appear on Sirius Canada in the spring.
Anyone here been hearing anything about this?
When Sirius Canada launched they said not Stern, but it is causing a backlash...

| Even if Stern comes to Canada I would probably still order an American feed because there are still 30 other channels missing and Sirius Canada is more expensive after comparing the exchange rate and the tax difference. |

The head of Sirius Canada confirmed to CBC news this morning that Stern WILL be carried on the Canadian service in January.
Here's the report:

They talk about Stern at the end, about 9 minutes in.
I hope Sirius Canada is up for a fight. The CRTC (ie. the FCC on a moose) isn't gonna like this at all.
I'm an American refugee up here, so it doesn't really affect me. I've already got a U.S. system with a U.S. subscription. But it'll be nice to have people who've never heard the show get introduced to it.
