The company said new Dish customers who sign up by Dec. 31 will get the radio, valued at $50, if they agree to three months of Sirius Satellite Radio service for $12.95 per month. EchoStar said the offer is not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
