My husband and I want to buy his father and sister Sirius units for Christmas. I am completely confused about what to get though.
We have the Sportster Replay/Sportster. We love them - but...they are a little pricey still and I was thinking more along the lines of the Starmate unit for his dad -

Does anyone have any opinions on either of these? Or, can I get one radio particulary cheap? My sister is 19, and I'm not as worried about the "quality" of the radio since it will probably end up broken or lost in a couple months. ;)
Any thoughts?
Edit: also, I see the banners here for "The Sirius Store" which looks like it has a ton of stuff. Are they reputable? |

| They're all good. They've all been good sellers at one time or another. The cheapest units are the older models, which after rebate, you may be able to find for about $30. And yes, thesiriusstore.com is very reputable. Lots of people use them. Don't wait till the last minute or you may have a tough time finding anything. Good luck. |

Like I said, I don't want to go crazy buying my sister something since I have doubts about her taking care of it! I think we may go for the Starmate because it's so small, and it's reasonably priced with the rebate. I like the look of the JVC, I have to see if I can find it.
