Been calling around....no luck with the Sportster Replay.... I saw in the circular that they include the home kit with the Starmate Replay though...
The Sulu Dance
I got the last Starmate Replay/Free home station at my Radio Shack.

Thanks for the heads up.

I got the last Free home station at my RS and the sales guy went to another RS to get my Starmate Replay while I was shopping at another store. He called me back after he picked it up and my wife went back and bought it. She won't let me open it until Christmas
but at least I'll have it for 1/9/06!
Great service from Radio Shack
The Butler
I got mine there about six weeks ago. I'm not usually a big RS fan, but they answered all my questions. The first guy I talked to was new, so he hooked me up with someone else that was a fan of the show. Took me out and showed me the older Sportser in his car. He told me to call if I had any other questions. Two days later I called him with a sound quality issue and his suggestion was on the money.

I wish I knew about this before I got the Sanyo receiver so I could get a Starmate at RS. I fear I might be getting a dud now.

I bought a Starmate from Radio Shack yesterday. It was 1 of only 3 left. They were also out of the home unit, but the manager took my name and number and said they should be getting them in in a week or 2.

After rebate - it will only cost $80 for the Starmate, car mount and home unit. Not bad.

Thanks thrillz. Went down and picked up my starmate replay at the shack. Total money paid today was $95.39 with the tax. There were no home kits in the store but they said they would be in on fri.

How did it only cost you $90? Did they screw up?

I was thinking the same thing. Maybe when I go to pick up the home unit I have to give them $30. I hope not though that would sweet. I'll let you know how I make out on Fri.
