The box says it comes with everything needed to install the radio in the car, but does anyone have a step by step process in how to install this thing, i really dont wanna pay some store 50-60 bucks to install it when all i really need are some simple directions.

I tried doing a search but havent found anything yet.

Exactly what do i do first? I dont need to remove my factory radio or anything like that and hook it up to my sirius radio? sorry for my ignorance, just need some help guys...

Well, in a nutshell:

1. Find a place to stick the mounting unit (on the dash, console, etc.)

2. Connect Antenna to the antenna jack and run the antenna outside. This depends on your car. For me, I just ran the cable through the fold down back seat and brought it out through the trunk and put the antenna on the trunk lid.

3. Connect the power cord to the correct input and plug the other end into the cigarette lighter.

4. I have mine hooked up directly to the AUX input of the in-dash radio. If you're using the FM modulator, I believe you have to select what frequency you're going to be broadcasting and tune your factory radio accordingly

5. Turn on your in dash radio, snap the PNP unit into the holder, turn it on, and enjoy!

That's all you need. Just follow the instructions given above. I have the same model and the installation instructions given with the receiver don't make any sense. The instructions on how to set the FM modulator are accurate in the manual so just follow them.
