i was gonna start a seperate thread for this, but here goes:
as of 5pm cops on site at 56th net 5/6ave had NO info on wristbands, neither did 311 or nyc.gov or any security in the area...tons of fans were milling around coming n going, no one hanging out more than 30 min at a time.
i'm so anxious for info i blew my concert off tonite, dont need the xtra headache

ran into HPE on 56th btw, he repeated the NYPD notice that Howard is asked not to come out and the stage wont be built if the strike happens, however NY1 has been playing the clip all day of Howard closing his show saying he would show up outside under any circumstances...
things are getting exciting... |

| ok so the superfan roundtable will be tomorrow at 2:15 at the espn zone in times square at broadway and 42nd with jon hein and ralph and all the fans who show up.......they will get a chance to sound off......that's right across the street from the hard rock so not far for everyone to travel after the concert. :rock: |

| mooby, you hitting the listening party at B'dub's in Rocky River Friday? I thought about coming up from Canton but the idea of getting in my car at 5:00 friggin am was revolting. I'm gonna toss a few back tonight and get up and enjoy the show and crack one early. |

Yeah, I'll be there. I was just on the phone with the GM an hour ago helping him get the sound system set up over the phone. It's gonna be great! Hope you change your mind and come up.
p.s. doors open at 5:30, not 6 like ncx is saying. |
