how do you get the $50 mail in rebate? I got a starmate replay/home kit package, and it said i get a 50 dollar rebate when i bought it from the sirius website....
anyways, I didnt see anything to send in...
how do I get the rebate? thanks in advance! |

I sent my rebates in 10/30/05 and still haven't received it. Probably takes 3-4 months to process. |

| You can also start the rebate out online which they "say" cuts down on the processing time. We'll see is what I say ... |

| I bought my 2nd and 3rd receivers the week of Thanksgiving. I mailed in the rebate stuff around Howard's last week at K-Rock. I received an email on Tuesday, telling me that my rebate will be sent within 2-3 weeks... |

| I am PISSED! I bought my Sirius starmate replay/home kit combo on december 28th. I got it in the mail on the 10th of January. I activated my account minutes after the UPS guy dropped it off. I try to get my rebate and it says that I dont qualify because I didnt activate it before the 31st.....I DIDNT EVEN HAVE MY FUCKING RADIO YET!!!! What good is sirius w/o the hardware? I called 5 times and talked to only one person that I could understand because of language problems. One call center is in the fucking Carribean!!!! Anyways, the chick told me after bitching at her for 15 minutes to send in a letter with copies of the CID, UPC and reciept. I have no fucking reciept...I bought it from SURIUS!!!!! The chick said I would get denied, but I could call back then and at least I would have my info in the computer by then. I will never get my 50 bucks back. What a piece of shit customer service!!!!If I wasnt such a big Howard fan, I would get XM...SIRIUS doesnt give a fuck about their customers....at least their phone reps dont! |

They hung up on me trying to transfer my call a bunch of times...the rest of the time I asked for phone numbers. Here are the #s they gave me.
