Mutt,
I've been off and on this SFN since 2002 and think it is really great and getting better as the days go by.I listen to the show everyday and love all the new stuff that's happening with the SFN and alot of the "Super Fans".My question is why on Thursday when I called in to your show TWICE, the guy who answered the phone hung up on me and made some rude comment.Not once...but twice! Do I have to be a chick to get on the show or do I just have to talk 90 miles a minute and have no one but the guy on the board understand me?Don't get me wrong,I love Syrius and all that goes with Howard 100 and even give to SFN,but the guy was totally rude and made me not even want to listen to the rest of the show.I've gotten on Howard's show many times over the years and never had a problem like that.What's the deal?Maybe you could get somebody a little more professional to answer the phones next time.Just a thought from loyal Howard and SFN fan.

the dude handling the phones seemed really nice and I felt he did a great job. i find it hard to believe he was rude. if you were hung up on it may be becasue he cleared the lines each time we changed topics.
also, he did say it was his first time working as a call screener. |
