Once again I'm looking for topics for this weeks Super Fan Roundtable. Last time i asked I got alot of weird answers so let me explain the show and what kind of topics we can handle.
The show is me and a panel of show fans. So topics directed at Howard or Sirius management don't make sense. I'm just asking other fans so they should be the kinds of things we discuss here. If it's a question that you couldn't answer then it's a bad question.
The should mainly be about this weeks show and the previous Friday.

Sunday - Bloodhound Gang show - sad to say I missed this
Friday - The Roast Show
Monday - Danny Bonaduce
Tuesday - hopefully kissyfur

I HATE commercials. When I was a kid watching TV they were each a minute long, but they only ran one or two per hour.
Through the years there was more and more, and I developed my hatred as they became shorter and more numerous per break.
SIRIUS has saved me from my media hell. [Howard plays commercials, but the break is short enough to not piss me off. [So Far]
But Howard and the crew need more time in their breaks...so:

We've had some great discussion on show related topics on here, though they may not be what was done exactly this week. So I'd go with:
1. Did you like the roast/what format should future roasts be (on Howard's show or separate)?
2. Bagger or High Pitch Eric? is there room for both or just one? what about other whack packers - time to go or fine as as?
3. Should one channel be all replays and the other orginal material? Are the replays now time convenient for most people?
4. Is it time for a new Miss Howard Stern?
5. How has Danny and Bubba done so far? Whom else would you like to see on the channels?
6. Where's the folder he talked about all of last year, of all the great things Howard wanted to do once he moved to Sirius (thanks to Shamela for that one!)? |

No, it's more like "Why doesn't Howard know that Sirius only broadcasts the music channels in stereo? The talk channels are broadcast in Mono." |

all great suggestions, imo...I give up on some of these other people who totally don't understand the concept of the fan roundtable. |

It's pretty much understood that was going to be a "Best of" channel and then he didn't get the rights to the old stuff, so he's holding off on it.
They don't have nearly enough material for two channels, much less 3. Sirius would probably give him a third channel in the future if he came up with something good to do with it. |

I like those. I think a new Miss Howard Stern contest would make good radio.
As "gay" as some of Howard's staff and certain wack-packers have been lately, maybe there should be a "Leather contest" with Sal, Richard, HPE, Joey Boots, and whoever else wants to enter as contestants. Maybe the audience could get a certain window of time to send in pictures if they wanted to enter.
The last Roundtable and in Howard's on-air discussion, it struck me that the Howard forum at Sirius backstage never gets mentioned as a source of fan activity. I wonder why. |

In fairness Sirius doesn’t really treat H100 and H101 like a talk channel. It seems Howard’s channels have twice the bandwidth as most talk channels. |

Small question is how much time everyone is spending listening to the show and the two stations. I used to be done with howard at 1040am and then the E! show at 11pm. Now im listening to the replay, your show ect..... how much are people actuallylistening now compared to K-rock? Superfans and callers alike. |

The death threats drama is not appropriate for the Superfan Roundtable. It doesn't have anything directly to do with the show. The Howard 100 News just reported it because they are always desperate for story ideas. It is has to do with Howard's fan community a little, but not the show itself, so it shouldn't be discussed on the Roundtable, imo.
Plus, there's no reason to give human toilet any more attention....easy call. |

With all due respect, there really needs to be more variety in guests. King gets plenty of play on The Show so three weeks in a row seems like overkill. Christine really offers zero to the discussion, I'd much rather hear Kali (for all the ball busting I make on her, she really did extremely well).
Casey was great last week so no worries with him this week. But again, if he goes three weeks in a row I'll tire of him too (sorry bro - nothing personal).
If we keep hearing the same people over and over again, I worry for the future of the show. Boredom could set in by not only the listeners but Howard...and that ain't good. |

Bottom Line, the weekend programming could be stronger and we are hearing stronger shows during the week, but we are unable to hear all of the show. We have jobs and obligations and live in the real world.
Over the weekend when most of the people who cannot afford the S50 get to listen, to hear the news and Bubba the Shit Sponge is a slap in the face.
When Howard first talked of the Sirius Adventure he talked of ALL HOWARD ALL THE TIME, well, where is it?
I feel that the show is hitting on all cylinders and it would be great to be able to sit there in my car and listen to two hours or more over the weekend of an uncensored Howard. I do a lot of driving over the weekend and I listen to my Sirius and who cares about the other channels, we want HOWARD.
WHY WOULDN'T THE FANS WANT YOU TO TALK ABOUT THIS?
Mutt, come on, this issue is being ignored and it's not fair. We love Howard, but this is BULLSHIT in what should be an era of NO MORE BULLSHIT, what gives?????????
Right Now I'm recording the first two hours of Howard and creating my own POD cast, but Dammit I want the whole show over the weekend, what F**king Gives..... I'm Paying and getting pissed. Come on Dude, be real with us and confront this issue.
Put me on the round table! I am a sensible and loyal listener who just wants to hear what I've not been allowed to hear for years and to have anything less is BULLSHIT!
BTW...... F**k Jackie, If I hear one more fan talking about bringing Jackie back for ANY reason on the daily Howard show they can BITE ME. Having him on Sirius would RAWK, but he should not be on the daily Howard show except to just introduce his show. JAckie beats the HELL out of Bubba the Shit Sponge, give him a show on Sirius, but keep him the HELL away from the daily Howard show. |

I love Howard's rants...I would really like to hear Howard go on the offensive with his rants about his political & business enemies! From as small & insignificant as Human Toilet all the way up to a Stern review of tonight's State of the Union Address...Even if he saves the official rant time until Robin's news once or twice a week, I can't wait until Howard does some more exposing of stupidity & lies.
With a couple of million Sirius listeners Howard still has a huge resource of information gatherers. If a target of Howard's ire has anything of a public life then someone will dig up some facts to e-mail to the show! ;) |
