Use the AME tags, putting the entire youtube vid address in between EXCEPT the "http://" part
Example (remove spaces): [ ame ]www.youtube.com/watch?v=7wilcAlAal8[ /ame ]

Trick is- you have to use the "advanced" option to preview the post.
9 times out of 10 it will still post as an url, so go back into "edit" post option and replace the and stuff with and

If you forget, go to any video posted on SFN and copy their link and then replace your url with the url they used. You'll probably still have to go back in and edit it.
