I would say he is too PC and a bit hypocritical. If he wasn't so sensitive these days would that "montage" have lasted? What if that montage was by Imus?

like I said, if a caller get thru on wrapup & mentions it, it opens things up for me. my show is supposed to be about what happened on h100/101 & not SFN though there's often a grey area

i wasn't surprised & i don't think most member would. if anything they'd have been surprised I left it up for so long. with most things if a friend of the show asks me to take something down, I usually do. it's not really that big of a deal & there's no sense in SFN causing them unnecessary adjetta. (who the fuck knows how you spell that) most fans saw it by then & got a chuckle out of it & w/ dawgs out there I knew people who wanted it would track it down. back int he day when there wasn't a dawgs, I would have had to have wrestled with the decision. most things like howard's hampton rental address, the floor plan of the apartment, the google maps of his hamtons house, sal's home address, etc though very interesting to fans, when I'm asked to pull them I've obliged. it's been like this way before my show.

on the other hand, when someone tell me to take shit down, I usually respond poorly & tell them to bite me. (not howard, just people in general)

in this case I was very nicely asked if I could handle it as a favor. i like that & have no prob doing it. there was no heat at all.

Mutt - I will defer to your expert interpretations of Howard's rants, but I thought I heard him talk about his powerful enemies when he was talking about wanting your site shut down. I thought I heard something like it again this week. Something like he had powerful enemies trying to weaken the show because they were jealous of his success. I don't pay close attention to the rants anymore.

This is what I was talking about with the new direction of the show. Can you imagine if someone came here and posted the Gary tape on SFN? Can you then imagine if Gary asked you to take it down, and Howard found out about it? I respect why you did it, but it is a Stern low point.

Howards rant on imus was great, until he mentioned that imus shouldn't be hanging around kids, and he know why. Went from funny to creepy and killed the segment IMO.

Do you believe the craigslist's sex book writer guy? If so, should jd reach out for his help. I think the guy is full of shit about how many times he got laid.

Do Richard and sal need to step up their game to get their bits on the air with the new limited schedule?

The past 3 live shows have been very good, more bits and less agt taping talk. 2 funny bits yesterday with Richard trying to suck his own cock and jd with ronda.

Anyone else notice their is no idol talk? Is that because of agt? Beside making fun of eric's idol shows, I never liked idol talk so I'm happy it is gone.
