I think both will put up similar stats, but Rice has to battle carries with McGahee.

Jackson is the only guy in St. Louis so I would start him.

    Roethlisberger.

I have Sproles as my flex should I leave him or start him at RB ... Scary against that big ass Ravens Defense...

what's the difference between starting him at flex or rb? and even though it's the ravens i'd start him

    Agreed

Boldin is listed as questionable, even though he did play a little last week vs. the '9ers.
  17. Gindaloonatic Full Member

Agreed. Olsen will have to show me something before I start him again. Good thing Heap was on the wire.

McGahee gets the goal line stuff - but Rice gets the yardage

I'll try jackson again - what could it hurt

    tanks!

    I need 2 RB's(pick 2 please):

    Michael Turner
    Johnathon Stewart
    Darren Sproles
    Leron McClain

Also, is Kevin Walter worth a look this week? Probably not, but I'll throw it out there since I'm posting.
  20. A.Lange=Crazy Full Member

    Turner and Sproles.
  21. RIPCLIFF Full Member

That's what I was thinking. BTW, I've benefited greatly from one of your threads and never had a chance to thank you. I'm sure you know which one ;) Thanks!

I'm thinking Stewart this week. The Panthers will be looking to settle Jake down and I think Stewart will bust 2 for long yardage.
  23. A.Lange=Crazy Full Member

Williams is the feature back and even gets the goal line carries. Falcons shut down the Dolphins running game last week.

With LT out Sproles will get 20-25 touches carries with catches included. Ravens defense is one of the best in the league, but Sproles in open space he can score on any play.
  24. RIPCLIFF Full Member

but the question is with Tomlinson hurt, can Sproles fill in against the Ravens with multiple carries(and get more fantasy points than Stewart), or will Stewart get only 2 long??!! BTW: I have Vincent Jackson catching for SD also. If it's up to "that" I choose Sproles and hope for the best against a top defense. Yikes! What a horrible decision!

    That's what I was thinking.
