the thing about Irvin is at the beginning of the 2011 season WVU had him as a every down lineman and it didnt work out i dont remember hearing his name alot up until the latter part of the season

It is funny how most experts agree that you need to wait about 3 years before you can judge a draft.

ALC is so educated on this subject that he can make a judgement 5 minutes after a pick is made. There are people whose jobs are the nfl draft, yet need to see it play out before they grade a draft. Not ALC, just 5 minutes for him and he can tell you bust or not.

They have Kolb and Skelton... You should have said "they have no left tackle".. I'm happy with this pick its a good pick.. After Floyd the talent at WR drops big time.. Plus one of the Cardinals main needs were offensive line and WR.. Larry Fitz is always double teamed, this will take the pressure of him and get him in more 1 on 1 coverages.

Kolb is garbage and Skeleton has a big arm, but no accuracy. I like the pick as I think Floyd is better than Blackmon, but without a QB what's the point of having two top WR?

He can rush the passer no doubt about that, but you don't use a first round pick especially 15th for a specialist. Need him to play more than third and long or obvious passing situations.

I agree with your comment on Skelton but not so sure about Kolb.. Kolb hasnt had good luck battling injuries so this is a make or break year for him. If he doesnt produce by game 2 then Skelton will take over..Who knows maybe with a whole season to learn the offense he will be somewhat good. Fkoyd is big and has been working out with Fitzgerald since he was in highschool so Larry Fitz pushed hard for this pick. I was fine with the Cardinals picking Floyd or DeCastro.

Pick isn't bad, but better find a QB. Peyton with Fitzgerald and Floyd would have been sick.

I agree Kolb has to come through this season they need to make him one of those special over sized football helmets to protect his nugget from concussions..
