the beasties were and still are one of the most influential groups of all time. how many bands out there can brag they had remained together for so many years without breaking up? the beatles cant even claim that.

i only wish howard had them back again. he still holds resentment agains them because of thier 1987 appearance on the show.

actually I heard a story straight from Kidd Chris that Sal actually was pretty close to the
members of the Beasties even when Sal was a nobody. I guess Sal found an exact guitar
Adam had when he was a kid that he always wanted to get again, and Sal gave it
to him for a gift backstage one time and Adam started crying because it meant
    so much to him.

ONE of the most influential groups of all time. If you are into RAP/HIP HOP you would know this.

They not only stayed together for over 30 years, but they remained relevant though out the years by constantly reinventing themselves.

A turd? Is that the way you state your case for the BB being the the most influential bands of all time? What are you 12 years old? At least I still have a couple of brain cells in my head. Can't say the same for you Monster dude. When you learn how to debate music as an adult come back at me until then go listen to Justin Beiber

rap, hip hop, grunge, punk, funk. they were all more than just one genre of music thus making an impact on millions of people. thier 1989 album, though a commercial failure, is one of the best albums of all time quite simply for its production and sampling.
