    His performance in Glengary Glen Ross is one of the greatest performances in film history. It seems as if he is channeling that character in his other roles and in real life, but none of that detracts from that iconic performance. It is up there with Pacino in The Godfather series, it is that good.

    He's also good in The Departed, Outside Providence, The Cooler and he's excellent on 30 Rock.

    The Glenngarry Glen Ross Baldwin monologue ranks among the best I've ever seen on film, period. I can't imagine he'll EVER have that kind of movie moment again, but I'm glad he did.
